Push buttons unlit until pushed

Post by jonkers303 » Tue Apr 29, 2014 8:02 pm

Hello,

My push randomly has some of the function buttons unlit, until i push them once.

Its almost always the right side buttons: repeat, scales, user, accent, oct up, oct down etc etc.
Sometimes it also happens to the buttons on the left side, esp quantize.

As soon as i have pushed them once they are lit and stay lit as the should, until i power cycle push or load up a new set, then they are often unlit again.

I am aware of the fact that they should be unlit when they have nothing to execute, but this is not it.

Anyone with similar problem and hopefully solution?

Regards

If you're sure the behaviour is incorrect:
If you have other controllers check they are not in conflict in the midi preferences. I.e. remove them all apart from push and reenable one at a time. If that fails then reset live. Google search how.

I have a support case with ableton support.

They are really helpful and fast replies.

I will update thread if they find anything.
