BPM detection
BPM detection
I forgot the name of a simple but effective little tool that I had on my old computer. BPM master, BPM detector, or beatdetector, ................... shit, what was that name ? cant find it on google or here since do not remember the name exactly. Was good to run tunes through it before warping. It was black background awith orange or yellow, dont want to experiment with something else, that was exactly enough- I would run the whole bunch through it and then could pickup the tunes suitable for the tempo.

for mac, you should try:
http://www.icedaudio.com/
their "audiofinder" app is a godsend in many ways, including your beat finding needs.
