Great man, nice person, true gentelman, for me his name will be there with Stradivarius, Steinway forever, groundbreaking innovation. There were and will be many electronic instruments but I am yet to hear one that would come close to that increadible Moog sound.

wow... makes me very sad!

just yesterday i did a performance on one of his wonderful etherwave theremins. playing this thing once again let me experience the deep joy of making music, and i'm very thankful for the big amount of love that mr. moog apparently put into all these instruments that he created.

although i never met him, i feel like i lost a friend..

THANKS & BYE, Mr. Moog!

music as we know it wouldn't be the same if he hadn't pioneered synthesis.
you should check out his work and see the moog movie.....you actually already know the outcome of his work if you're not deaf. it's everywhere.
amazing.
it's a sad day, but a great day to make some electronic music.

dont cry for there is many a hero among us.

and positive and influential people like that are never truly gone - the body may be deceased but their influence grows.

the death of a great person is a chance to celebrate their life

may his spirit soar onward

if he still has his awareness he must be a pretty satisfied soul looking back at his work here on Earth.

Maximum boost out 2 U Dr Moog!! So long and thanks for all the fish.

The heroes of tomorrow are people we've not yet heard of. Time does as it always has done.

It's still a big loss to the world.
