Access Audio Clip Reverse Button?

Is anyone aware of a way to access the "Rev" button in the Sample Box of Audio Clips using Max For Live?

I need a way to MIDI Map this button, and unfortunately as we all know, it's not possible by default.

Working on an all Push performance, no keyboard and mouse allowed, this is one of the last puzzle's to solve.

Btw, I have dug through literally every device on the Max For Live user library and there is nothing that currently exists that will do this. I have also searched through the Live API / LOM documentation and nothing is jumping out at me to say this is even possible

Would love to know if anyone has managed this successfully!

It's not accessible via the live api so it's not possible to do anything with it through max for live.

maybe make your own sampler or modify an existing one to be able to reverse on command?
