Audio Clip and Midi Keyboard

Post by SophyS » Wed Jan 14, 2015 8:04 am

One question: how can I record audio clip using my midi keyboard? Looks that only a midi clip works like that

I have a mac and i use its onboard soundcard.

Thanks!

If you freeze the track, everything becomes audio. Then you can either 'flatten' which makes that entire track audio only, or copy the frozen audio to a new audio channel (this lets you unfreeze incase you want to continue using that midi instrument).
