Yes probably... Have you checked that the monitor settings were properly tweaked and that the monitor volume knob was set to something not-too-clos-to-zero ? Or do you monitor through the main outputs or through seperate ones ? Are they plugged ?

D'oh! actually you were right - I so rarely use the cue out on a seperate channel I forgot it was going out 3/4!
