i wrote this several times in this forum but it seems that nobody cares.

they MUST fix this, it´s no fun to play with 2 or more musicians because when i press the left and right arrows all tracks except push gets disarmed too. but you can try to use shift + track select on push to choose multiple arms.

This is something that is entirely possible and should be fairly easy to implement. How do I know this? because Stray has already implemented something similar in PXT-Live.

Live is getting complicated.

This is what they need:
The same way that there are colored borders for clip launch controllers, they should have colors for Track Select and/or Track Arm.

Either full arm or soft arm.

With soft arm, it is that controller only.

With red arm, it is standard arming functionality.

With colored arm, uhm I don't know. It is early and I just thought of this haha

Okay after downloading pxt live
Regards to arming tracks without having to hold shift..

you need press USER mode from there all arming operate as they should
however you do need to exit user mode for everything else like launching recording clips etc..

I suppose one advantage is you only need to use 1 hand unlike the alternative which is to hold both shift and arm at the same time.
have not had much time to discover how all other functions work together
but I just though i would give you an update.

RESOLVED! It appears Ableton 9.1.7 with Push firmware update 1.13 has resolved this issue
and now Exclusive arm can now be disabled and push will respond in that manner.?
