Latency issue...

I'm have some major problems with latency with my Moog and my Nord Lead 4. no matter what i set it too, it always seems to be a quarter/half second off. With basslines etc this is okay but when i'm trying to make texture sounds i obviously would rather have it on point. if anyone is able to help me figure out how to fix that would be awesome!
