Since I hard coded to scene 2, maybe we try using a different scene? I've made it work pretty well for me, some of the problem might be the difference in our set-ups. I've done a little test case if you'd like me to post the Live set.
Are you using Splice? Maybe we could do something there that would make debugging easier.

Splice looks nice. The only problem is our location. I guess you are from US and I am from Poland so we can have trouble "dating" because of the time difference But if you hardcoded it to scene 2 I will try to operate like that and see what happens.

You can change which scene does the stop buttons in the M4L code:
path this_device canonical_parent clip_slots 1 <-- change this to whichever scene you want, minus 1. Scene 2 = 1
