How to change key of a kick drum?

assuming you are playing a sampled kick through simpler...use the transpose function. you can use a spectrum analysis tool to get a read on what key it is in. if not well..just use your ears.

Is this a question for a kick drum specifically or anything in Live? How do you normally change the pitch of your snares and hi hats?

Also, do you already know how notes/pitches fit into keys?

With 9.2, tuning a kick drum should be a doddle.

Otherwise, a good strategy is to use the transpose to pitch the kick drum up two octaves, then tweak it up and down till your ears tell you it is in tune, and then transpose back down two octaves. I found you can get it pretty much exactly in line with what the 9.2 tuner suggests.

if your kick is in Impulse, use the transpose option.
