Is there any quality difference between the Kindle version and the iBooks version?

Just dl'd a sample of each and no discernible difference, kindle runs on more devices though obviously.

Bought it on Kindle for that reason

Man. Print is so superior for this book!

heavily debating whether to wait for the printed version to re-release or to just go ahead and ebook it

I'm going to buy the ebook and just print it out. I figure if I ever need a digital version again later I can just scan it.

I got the iBooks version because I no longer have space for books with all my gear, plus my phone is always next to me so I can read trough pages if I ever hit a wall while I'm on some Elektron box trying to write some ideas.

Does the kindle version contains illustrations? I just went through the preview on Amazon and it doesn't show any.

yes

I cross checked with chapter "fuzzy boundaries" from the hard book's pre-read at Ableton web page. All pictures there ;)

Just finished reading the Kindle version. Almost fainted when I saw the ableton page changed with ebook links... and I must say it did NOT disappoint! Some ideas I may have heard before, yes, but it's great to be reminded of them and with a fresh take. And there are loads of real, original, actual techniques in there to get the ball rolling. A serious thank you to the author, you created something great here that has filled a great need in the home studio community in general, not just for electronic producers... and I, for one, will be buying a hard copy as soon as they come out. Thank you!

Just a little bump here... I'm REALLY glad we got the e-versions of this book... but for the love of god are printing presses near ableton headquarters still lettered by hand? This is absolutely ridiculous to those of us who still want a hard copy.

Are there any plans to release the digital edition on the Kobo store? I don't personally use Amazon's Kindle.
