Double/halve the length of each midi note OR midi clock

Hello all, this is my first post.

I want to take a group of midi clips and double the length of each note without it being a huge pain in the ass. The note length effect won't work because each note stays in place, but I need the end of each note to move to it's new position after each note has been doubled. Any ideas aside from rewriting each clip? I think I could acheive the same effect if I could figure out a way to use the midi clock with different bpms, like having one computer at 60 bpm that's synced to the other at 120.

I just discovered the "stretch notes" command, but has anyone synced different bpms with midi clock?

stretch MIDI is your best bet - if you want to do all clips at once you can consolidate them (cmd/ctrl+J) into one big clip

About 4 years too late for the original poster, but I leave it here for reference (I've been googling this and then solved my problem)

In the midiclip controls (left of the clip) you have a button :2 and *2 just like in audio. Pressing *2 doubles the length of the selected region, :2 halfs that length.

Darn easy, but you have to know it exists.
