DJing with LIVE 9.x: Live Space Closing Fiesta 2015

for me, the set is too hectic,

but I am interested in the transitions and FX.
Is it possible to realize these features/tricks in LIVE, or is it essential to have Xone or other tools?

My setup is
LIVE Standard, Novation Launchcontrol XL, Faderfox DJ3, MIDI Keyboard AKAI, Focurite 2i4

1# the halleffect is no problem, but how can I bring the sound complete in background
2# suddenly sound off/on? with tap tempo or with a Scratch Tool or...
3# How can I create a wafting/drifting/floating sound
4# ...

PS: my favs 2015: Glenn Astro on RA and Floating Points on Nuits Sonores

So I will just try to generally answer

1: Halleffect: I assume you mean reverb?!
All reverbs have a dry/wet control at 100% Wet your sound will be fully effected at 50% half and at 0% not at all.
Is that what you mean?
2: I don't understand your question. Are you talking about mutes?
3: I don't understand your question since I don't know what defines a wafting/drifting/floating sound. Also what do you mean by create. Do you ask about production or DJing?

1: Reverb is right, we say in german "Hall" FX1: Reverb/FX2: resonator and drywet on max ...This is what I mean
2: example mute at 8:14-8:15, is this only a very fast fade-out and fade-in?
example 28:31 and after, here is involved a very short stopping - can I make this in LIVE?
3: no prod just DJing-Effekt, example at 01:39 until 01:42
