Same here. When my Push2 arrived, I first tried using a USB cable that was already plugged into my hub. It LOOKED like it was fully plugged in, and it FELT like it was fully plugged in, but things weren't working. So I switched to the cable supplied with the Push. The USB connector on the back of Push2 is recessed a bit farther than normal, so the outer shell of the cable end has to fit through the hole in the Push case. It's a close fit with the cable supplied with the unit, so make sure it's plugged in all the way.
