Push 2 session view slow to react? Fixes?
Push 2 session view slow to react? Fixes?
I just ran P1 & P2 side by side in session view, P1 Is much quicker updating clips and navigating. P2 is slow to move up and down scenes, as well as scrolling left and right. Is this common? I love the new Push but it will be going back if this is the new norm. Please chime in either way, thanks!

Hi there,
I have the same problems.
also the screen updates very slow when selecting pads. this is a big problem for me
when playing a drum rack, its impossible to quickly tweak individual drumsounds while playing,
cause when switching to another pad/ drum/ sample, the display has about 1-2 seconds delay.
still use Push1 for live shows because of that! for me push2 is only useable for preparing
sets in the studio.
Does this depend on processor speed or is it for everyone the same?
Thinkpad X220 i5 2,6GHz
750GB SSD/ 12GB RAM
RME Fireface UC/ Push1/ Push2

ok I checked it.
seems to be related to processor power. In a simple Live set,
the Push2 Display reacts quicker...

This is one big reason I didn't get 2. If you're already on the margins you need a new fast machine. Well, when don't you?kirillov wrote:ok I checked it.

Thanks for the comments guys. For what it's worth I am using a mid 2012 Mac Book Pro, sufficient for my needs at this point. Hopefully things get optimized in an update. I hung on to Push 2, will most likely be keeping Push 1 for DJ/Performance use.
