Hello - I would love the ability to arrange a list of audio interfaces in order of preference so that Live can automatically detect and select the appropriate audio interface on startup. Seems against the credo of Ableton that the first action many of us users have to take when we want to make music is something so unmusical as selecting an audio interface from a drop down menu. Would be very nice if it just worked and we could straight to making music
For instance - my studio setup is pretty simple so my list of audio output devices preferences is:
1. Focusrite Scarlett 2x2
2. Display Audio
3. Built-in Output
4. No Device
And for inputs its:
1. Focusrite Scarlett 2x2
2. Built-In Microphone
3. Built-In Input
4. No Device
Right now "No Device" seems to be the default which is baffling.

+1 Agree
I run into this constantly as I use Ableton Live in a live environment. Then at home to program and prepare for live performances.
You won't believe how many times I find myself confused as to why no sound is going to front of house. Oh yeah... "Built In Audio" again.

Or, backstage, between the soundcheck and the gig, you take your computer to make some stuff in Live because you're bored. And then you set up... no sound. Useless stress.
