Allow arrangement loop brace to be set to less than a beat

When working on movie scores, i often need to cut small parts of the arrangement.

I don't know about movie scores, but I have discovered that if you go into the wave form in clip view, you can shorten the loop brace to any length.

What i am saying is you can't duplicate or delete very small parts of the whole arrangement.

a silly way to do it (total hack) would be to temporarily increase your BPM (a quarter note at 999BPM is very short!). This works if you're not in warp mode (because the BPM change won't mess with your clip's timing).

However, I would be very interested in a proper solution for this arbitrary weird limitation.
