^^ Yes, only the Sub and Factory, got them to compliment to Volca's. Then i got the old Nova so they don't get so much use!

Its basically a live/composing rig. I made a decision years ago to write tunes as live sets right from the start so I can play the same stuff on a live PA that I wrote without thinking about it. If I want a facsimile (release) of a tune Ill record from session then micro arrange/mix and master the traditional way.

Can also leave Ableton switched off completely sometimes and sequence the Volcas with the MC303 which is cool.

Way cool, mate. I like your style, bro!

kenporter - that's a very neat set-up, mate. What's in the rack? Looks like a Shadow Hills compressor at the bottom?

My Ikea hack music table. It's bar height, so I can stand or sit on the stool. Monitor placement sucks, but we don't have a ton of space and this has been working for me.

It's Volca city. I stopped making music for a while and back in November I decided I wanted to get a drum machine. I heard about the Volcas and ended up getting two of them. A few months later and I had all this shit.

I don't know what it is about the Volca line, but I've never had so much fun with music until I got these things.

Have replaced SP12 with SP1200 since. Will be moving and completely redoing the lab in a month.
