Mixing desk with built in interface
Mixing desk with built in interface
I've gone back to the future, or the other way around, and now have a solely hardware set up. I'm using a desk without direct outs, and also have a Safire with 16 ins. I'm going to want to sequence into ableton, but like using a desk. This would mean a desk with multiple direct outs going into the saffire. This will mean a hell of a lot of cabling. Is there a combined desk and interface that I can set up where ableton will recognise individual outs to create individual external instrument tracks for sequencing. Needs to be on the smallish side. Hope that makes sense. Thanks

This one looks cool to me, too!
Das anyone have experiences with these QU-16 thingies? I´m mostly interested in the latency as a soundcard.
thx,
André
