M4L Pluggo Spectral Filter vs Melodyne 4 spectral editing

Post by redglass » Mon Aug 08, 2016 8:12 pm

Was just fiddling around with pluggo for live tools and its spectral filter.
Was wondering if it is the same as or comparable to the spectral editing feature of Melodyne 4.
Seems to me comparable although Melodyne 4 offers spectral editing for single notes.

Does anybody has some experience with tools?

i 've tried spectral on FL studios Edison. it s not the same as melodynes DNA. TRY melodyne out . it s a fantastic tool it is worth specially if you work with samples. I don t use it much for pitch correction more for cutting pieces out of a sample . ARA support would be greate.

Indeed, ARA support would be great. I'll maybe demo melodyne 4...
