BCR 2000 on MAC

Post by ElyB » Thu Sep 22, 2016 10:04 am

Hey !

I just received BCR 2000, and i would like to use it whit ableton live 9S on my laptop by USB connection.

But when i connect the BCR, the USB led don't light up.
And Ableton don't recognize the BCR.

Is there drivers to install on MAC OSX before using it ?

Thanks.

Are you using the BCR with its power supply? I don't think it works with USB power only.

Not a power supply/adapter, but a power cord - one of those small figure-8 style cords.

Thanks for your replies but i've the power cord/supply, this is not the pb here.

The BCR 2000 is plugged with the power cord, and connected on my laptop by USB.
But Ableton Live don't recognize the BCR in the preferences-menu, and when i'm going on the Behringer website, there are drivers only for Windows but not for MacOSX...

And the USB bright button on BCR don't light up even if it's connected on the laptop

So i don't understand, thanks for your future replies :)

Probably not in one of the USB modes.

Press and hold EDIT key and then STORE key so display reads EG. Rotate encoder 1 to make sure you are in one of the USB modes (u-1 to u-4 on display).

See page 8 of the manual.
