Yeah I didn't post here because I figured most people on this forum probably weren't into Leonard Cohen. I don't think many people here are crafting metaphorical lyrics the way he did.
However, I love the old miserableist and still maintain my own unrealistic dreams of being a rumbly voiced romantic poet bard philosopher, wooing all the ladies.

Very sad to hear of his passing - I loved his poetry and songs (especially the early albums). I walked by his house the other day and saw all the flowers, bottles, cigarettes and letters at his door... and took a moment to say goodbye.

If I remember right, Suzanne was one of the first songs I learned on guitar. RIP Mr. Cohen you brought a lot of joy to a lot of people.
