Push2 touchstrip bottom end not sensitiv?, sticking

I have a problem with Push 2

I already changed one device in the store. Today came the second with the same problem. Ableton tell me what to do?

I've watched your video and this is definitely not normal.
You should contact support@ableton.com but there's chances that the solution is, unfortunately, to go back to the store, again, and get a new unit (unless the problem is your finger, in which case the solution is the hospital)

Try starting from a new default set. I remember I was having issues with my push that seemed totally unrelated to that yet it was the instant fix. Maybe it'll work for you too?
