I've got Looper set up with a foot switch, and it's great, but I'm wondering if there's a way to force Looper to show on the screen when it starts recording, regardless of what device/track is selected when you start recording. I want to be able to see where I am in the loop, and what the state of the Looper is (overdub vs play).
Thanks in advance.

You can map the title bar of the device to the same pedal that is mapped to the multi-function button.

Amazing, thank you so much. This really makes life easier for me.
Am I crazy, or is this trick not in the manual at all?

In case you're looking for a new convenient hardware solution to control and monitor Live's Looper, I just launched a Kickstarter campaign for a new controller.
