Actually, I just realized that it is completely IGNORING the sample offset on that clip. Even if I input a new envelope.

okay, i'm getting some wierd sample offset behaviour now.

Live 5.0.2 b6

if i use a -1 sample offset in the first 16th note of a loop, the loop's pitch and tempo are set back to original during playback, as if i wasn't even warping at all.

verrrrrry wierd.
will send to [email protected]

Hi Adam,

the final release will contain a small bug fix that should handle the negative offset problem.

Alex

Sample offset sometimes causes transpose values to be ignored. I'll mail you a live set as an example.

Also, in one set, I have a clip with sample offset settings and even though it's repeating the same 1-bar pattern it sounds different in bar 1 and bar 2.

Thanks for the Live set. This should be fixed within the final Live 5.0.2 release.

Could you please try if you can still reproduce this in Live 5.0.2?

Alex
