Switching view on one simpler in drum rack switches them all

I have a bunch of simplers loaded into a drum rack.

When I switch the view on one simpler (from 'sample' to 'controls') then the view switches on them all

Is this normal behaviour?

The nature of the samples are very different from cell to cell; while in some of them I want to mess with the filters & don't want to see the sample, that's not the case for them all.
