All Instruments, Audio- & MIDI Effects are gone

Hi all,
another problem occurred today after I had launched Ableton Live 9 Suite. Everything that is in the browser under categories (Sounds, Drums, Instruments, Audio Effects etc) is empty! When I click in one Category there is nothing inside. This means I have no instruments, no audio effects etc.
I have contacted Ableton's technical support but did not receive an answer yet.
So ask You if you know what's wrong.

You may need to leave 9 open for a while to reindex, same thing happened to me.

I have it now opened for ca. 15 minutes.

If you have two instances of Live open it wont show the instruments, effects, etc. The database won't load into two instances.

funny that just happened to me today also. i just saved my work, closed live and then re-opened and they were back. i am sure you have tried this but if not.....

Yes, I tried that. Didn't work :(
Even after reinstalling Ableton, no success.
I contacted Ableton Support even they know an answer, as it looks to me.
No luck with Ableton :(

Live Packs are installed but not displaying in the Browser – Ableton

My Packs are shown in the browser, so no problem with that.
It's the instruments, audio effects etc. under categories. they are all empty

When you unfold a pack there do you see its contents below?

Anyway, you may want Live to completely rebuild the database. Instructions are here: "Can't access file database: Database Error: Disk I/O error" – Ableton

I can see the instruments that a clip from a pack uses. But not anymore. I just followed the instructions in the article. Now my Packs are also empty as my instruments and audio effects are :(

I had this problem today after Ableton crashed. What helped was to open another project (one that is different from the currently opened).
