Is there a way to comp vox recordings in live 10 similar to Logic or Waveform comping? if not whats your best comping workflows?

Basically record into arrangement when in a loop, overdub inactive. All takes will be saved and you adjust the loop in the clip detail.

You'll have to manually copy the takes, with different loops, to their own tracks, grouped or not, and manually control what plays when with clip or mixer automation or just by soloing. Then by cutting and copying sections to a master take track, you build your comped result.

Like for instance a little bit like this: Vocal Comping Techniques with Ableton Live

I was just having a look myself at Comping in Live and found a few vids on YouTube for it. I then saw your post and thought I'd tell you. They were ok, worth watching anyway.

There is a YouTube tutorial that explains it. It looks somewhat involved.

Btw you can also try something like Reaper which is only $60 which does have comping and does a pretty good job at it.

It is a good DAW for more traditional recording and mixing and complements Ableton pretty well.
