Post by A99 Productions » Sun May 06, 2018 4:56 pm

Hello everyone.
Hope somebody can help me out here

I just bought the waves Greg wells tonecentric plugin
The plugin is showing up in my Ableton live 9
But when i’m trying to drag and drop the plugin on a track ableton crashes

Does somebody know how to fix it.

Ableton and waves says that the plugin should work in live

Mac or Windows? If the former, did you use the VST version? Waves AU is not supported in Live on Mac. Which Live 9 exactly?
Do you have other Waves plug-ins installed? At one point I had to do a total reset of Waves and delete all preference files and re-install everything to fix a (different) issue.

Live 9.7.6 then I assume? One of the support teams should be able to help you. A crash, unless clearly caused by the plug-in, would suggest Ableton should assist you. Are they?
