I am asking this question, because i have a computer for audio and another computer for video, but I want to have the possibility to use the same external Hard Disc from both computers.
Is it good or it is bad to trigger files from 2 computers on the same HD?

Servers do exactly that, serve multiple files to multiple clients. If you want access to the same drive from multiple machines you will need to network it or setup shares on each PC then access them from the network.
If you need to access large files though it could be limiting to have the HDD attached by USB then network unless it's a USB 3 HDD.
