PUSH 2 Melodic Note Mode for Drum Rack Pad

Sure would be nice to be able to have the ability to select a drum rack pad, then hit "note" button again and be able to play and record that selected sound melodically. Even use the pitch bender in this mode too, that would be fun. We've got most of the other MPC style features like "16 levels" for our drum racks, this is the big one missing.
