Well we knew Cycling had something up their sleeve when multichannel audio was introduced in M4L with Live 10, but MC is a freakin' revelation!
MC
MC allows multiple channels of audio in a single patchcord. It also supports standard MSP objects operating on many channels of audio at the same time. MC objects typically have an mc. or mcs. prefix.
Visualization objects, like meter~ and scope~ will automatically adapt themselves to multichannel signals present at their inputs.
Existing MSP objects work inside a "Wrapper" that allows them to operate on multichannel signals. Many new objects have also been added to provide multichannel signal manipulation.

"Max 8 launches between 2x (Mac) and 20x faster (Windows)"
Hopefully this will benefit Live for a way faster launch, especially for Windows user. Also for the M4L devices.
I read something about VST3, maybe Live is getting ready for that as well?

I don't know but on another side, MaxMSP has also improved a lot its ability to deal with MPE MIDI, maybe Live will follow as well ?

So will this also update M4L in Live 10 Suite?

Eventually, yes, but the version of Max 8 bundled with Live 10 is still the pre-release version. Unless you own Max 8 standalone you’ll have to wait until they release an update to Live that includes the release build.

Oh well tried it anyway and it seems to work in Live 10.
