Pro Tools user wants to learn Live
Pro Tools user wants to learn Live
I'm a Pro Tools user and it's the only DAW I've ever used. I've already made one transition from Native Instruments and Maschine to MPC Live. Now that I'm doing Lo-Fi Hip Hop, I've been hearing some good things from producers using Live. I'm not sure that I want try Push so I was thinking that I should try to learn Ableton Live first to see if I like it. I just downloaded the trial. I would like opinions on what the best Live tutorial is. I assume it will be very different since my workflow was to always start in Maschine and only use Pro Tools when recording and mixing was absolutely necessary. I'm thinking about getting the Groove 3 training and what I'm really looking for is a step-by-step type of tutorial.

Thanks for the advice. I just discovered the tutorials located on the right side of the software and I’m doing those now.
