AKAI APC Key 25 - Remove Clips

Is possible to extend Script of AKAI APC Key 25 by a clip removal function?

The situations:
- During recording clips live sometimes I'm doing mistakes. In that case I need to remove the clip by mouse and delete button on the computer which is unsafe.
- After each performed music piece I would like to remove all clips from a track to be able to start over. In that case I'm also use mouse and computer.

The Idea:
1. To remove clip on double-click or longer push of related clip button
2. To remove all clips in column by the same interaction with the button stop track

PS: Is there any workaround of such a function please?

Yes if you learn how to write Python and then commit to updating it each time Ableton release a new version....

Or you could look into ClyphX Pro which has this kind of functionality you're describing.

Hi guys.
I understand that many years have passed
But a couple of years ago, I came to mind the same idea and I wrote a MIDI Remote Script for the APC-Key 25.
The script adds such a functionality as undo, delete clip, turning on the metronome, session record button, solo and mute buttons.
I personally use this script for 2 years. And it seems to me very comfortable.
The version for Ableton 11 is ready.
