I was looking for training information on Ableton and the MPC and in doing so ran across alot of people doing some really odd stuff.. like bouncing out of the MPC vst software and bring the audio back into Ableton. I found this disturbing because it's so unnecessary. I created a video showing how easy it is to setup the routing in Ableton:
