Live 9 to Live 10 - Packs question

I changed from live9 to live10.

Is it necessary, to download the live 9 packs as grand piano or guitar and bass again? Are they modified?

In live 10 they appear and work.

I haven't felt the neccessity to download them all again yet, and I've got Live 10 at the release date. I think I remember someone (one of our moderators?) mentioning there have been minor fixes to some, so unless you feel like missing something you should be good.

Interesting enough, one or two of the "Curated Collections" that come new with Live 10 and available for Standard and Suite owners had missing samples for some sound preset. That's fixed now, and I had to download them again.

Just recently when browsing the Places/Packs in Live I've found an update under available packs at the very bottom. The (M4L) Connection Kit probably got updated for the official Max 8 release.
