Hello,
Sorry if this has been discussed already, but the search wouldn't find a relevant topic using two words like "multiple loops".
Is there any chance that I could set two or more loops on an audio clip ?
I play my livesets using my finalized tracks and I always like to have a loop in the beginning of the track and one in the end.
But it's a big part of the time I waste during my sets, to go on the computer to set the loop. Plus it has the danger to do some wrong manipulations when you go too much with the mouse pad and keyboard.
If you have any idea I would appreciate your suggestions.
Thanks

Re: Multiple loop in audio clips
No you can't have two loops in your clips...
Easiest is to duplicate the original and set a loop in each clip...
Cheers

If you were using ClyphX Pro, you can have the LOOP already set for the 1st occurrence, then move the loop to a new location.
There are 7+ actions for defining, starting and stopping loops.

Re: Multiple loop in audio clips
Thanks for your ideas.
Duplicating the clip with one loop on each doesn't seem the best as I'd have to mix the track over itself while it's playing.
Doable, but not thaaat convenient.
ClyphX pro seems to be a cool alternative. I'm reading a bit the manual, and it could indeed change the loop state and position with extra clips on the side of the track being played. I think I should give it a go.

Read page 6 about X-Cue. You can perform actions in your arrangement.
After the playhead passes the X-Cue, you can move the LOOP parameters.X-Cues
An X-Cue is any Locator in Arrangement View that includes an Identifier (described above) and an Action List. An X-Cue will trigger its Action List when the playhead crosses over the X-Cue. Its Action List will not be triggered when the X-Cue to jumped to, only when the playhead crosses over it.

Re: Multiple loop in audio clips
I do not use arrangement view though. Only clip view.
