i am using Live since 6 months now, and i got to admit: it's awesome
there is one thing i can't figure out;
I am using Midi-Keys from my APC40 controller to reset the Macro-Knobs to specific Values (by setting the Min and Max-Value to the same Number)
So i can play around with the Macro-Knobs on the device, then hit a MIDI-Key on my APC40 and the sound is "resetted".
This works nice for me.
but sometimes I don't want to reset the Macro-Knobs immediately, sometimes i need them to reset "in time" with the next bar. Or in Sync with the Song.
Is there a way to do this in Live or M4L? is there a Midi-FX for that?
any help would be appreciated
Setting Macro-Knobs via MIDI in Sync
Re: Setting Macro-Knobs via MIDI in Sync
You could do this with ClyphX Pro, or alternatively using a Dummy Clip and routing the audio through it, you'd place your effect on the dummy clip track....
