The one area of Live that's IMO sub par is pitch. Picked up Melodyne a while ago, I don't think I would work in any other DAW for pitch and time if Live got ARA support! 8)

ableton would benefit so much from this.

as it currently stands, the melodyne 4.2 that added ARA 2 support or whatever kinda broke in ableton and doesnt seem to correctly label the bar numbers which can be confusing. that might be a bug or might just be on my end and not everywhere though.

----

ableton really could use some kinda of native versions of both melodyne and auto tune. they dont even have to be super complex, just a simple version could be really useful.

I would prefer an Ableton native pitch correction that integrates even better with the workflow in Live. But, if they don't do this, it would be nice with ARA to get all the benefits of Melodyne integrating better.

And, while whe're at it - please improve comping!

If all of the things above are fixed, I can't think of anything more to wish for. :D

I also use Reaper and Melodyne besides Ableton Live. It's a time saver! It would be really nice to have that in Live.
