Hello everyone!
I have an issue every time I use warping on some drum recordings in Live 10. It's like some kind of quality loss which sounds like a weird effect, a chorus or something especially on the cymbals. Sometimes it even cracks and distorts a little. It's really annoying.
Here is the original recording unwarped:

And here is the warped version in which I set a number of warp markers to align some hits to the grid:

I tried every warp mode but the result above is the best I could get out of it (Complex Pro).
Is this normal? Or am I doing it wrong? Do you have any idea or a trick I could try?

Re: Sound quality loss when warping
Try all the waping modes to see which sounds best for the sound you have. There will always be quality loss when warping in any daw. It is normal. What you can do is to put a reverb with a small decay to blur the sound.

It is normal.
Beats, Repitch, Complex, Complex pro are probably the best sounding algorithms for drums. It just depends on the files and what are you are trying to do.

Alright, thank you. Guess then I will just have to deal with it...
