10.1 bug with midi track arm

I use M-AUDIO axiom 32 air as my midi controller, I assigned a button on my controller as a midi track arm switcher, while I was using 10.0.6 it was fine to switch it on & off, but after updated to 10.1, I can only turn off but not turn it on again, I checked midi map, it was just the same as I saw in 10.0.6.Also another similar problem, I am preparing for a live set, I have 2 midi tracks, one is the drum kit for the 1st song, the other is another drum kit for the 2nd, I assigned both 2 tracks' arm function on the button of my controller, I was able to press the button, then drum kit 1 on and drum kit 2 off in 10.0.6, but to 10.1 I can only turn both on, and then I press again, they have no reaction. So do you guys have such problems like me?
