Control Devices from M4L Essentials pack not showing

I have downloaded and installed the Max 4 Live Essentials pack, but some of the Control Devices in the MIDI effects section are missing. All I have showing up in the browser is Envelope, Expression Control and LFO Midi, but no Map 8, Multimap etc. Has anyone else had this problem and what is the solution?

Multimap and Map8 load as Audio Effects, so they are in the Max Audio Effect folder.

Thanks, I was expecting to find them under Control Devices based on a video I saw, but they are indeed there under Max Audio Effects.
