First of hello everyone. I've been testing out the lite version before I dive into the full purchase of Ableton. Everything has worked great for the last 4 weeks untill 2 nights ago when the program became very erratic and crashed. Sent in the crash report.. Now everytime I start the program it opens fine but crashes on any mouse movement. I even removed the program and reinstalled with no change. I find there is no support unless you purchase a pay version. Any insight on this issue would be greatly appreciated.

It might help if you give a few more bits of information:-
Which version of Live?
Windows or Mac?
Which operating system version?
Whether you are using a computer’s built-in sound or an external interface, and what driver you are using.
Have you altered the template so there’s a plugin or sound which gets loaded along with Live?
Any error messages?
