Looking for a Push 1 user script

Hi, searching for this topic yields a lot of garbage so maybe you can help. I'm basically looking for APC40 style control in Push 1's user mode. Clip launching on the bottom and freely assignable encoders at the top. I was looking at PXT from Native Kontrol but as far as I can tell their encoder mapping works like the regular Push script where assignments are locked to each track (like macros.) I want the encoders to be assigned to different settings on different tracks but accessible at the same time. Thanks in advance.
