When I select MIDI automation, and assign a function to keyboard note (Roland A-49) then I'm only able to see/control "note on".
How is this? Why can't I control "note off".
Aside, I need a push to talk button. Something that processes "on" and "off" separately. But I can't see any way to do this using MIDI Mappings.

For the common midi mappings i guess this will not work. But no problem, this is a max forum. You might build it in max on your own...
