WTB ableton 9 standard or suite for 250USD

I have an 9 Standard for sale. On my Ableton account, it is labeled as Standard Upgrade (I upgraded from Lite).

The Ableton transfer agreement says that transferring a license includes "everything," but I'm not 100% clear whether that means you need an existing Lite license to use it or not.
