ASIO4allv2 with Youtube together

This is not possible as ASIO4ALL was written pretty much to the original ASIO spec that only one client can use an output.

That said most modern audio interfaces support this. I'm sure the focusrite scarlett series does this.

I do this all the time on my PC. lately I've been recording acapellas.

computer/soundcard are in my signature. in Live youtube shows up on inputs 11/12, in my setup. that audio feed records all the sounds in my laptop, FWIW.

Based on the title of your post.... are you trying to run two soundcards? Or do you really just need to run Live and YouTube at the same time? All the Focusrite interfaces I've used allow you to record YouTube, SoundCloud, etc straight into Live without any special connections or settings (which is not the case for a lot of other interfaces I've used--Focusrite seems to be special in this regard).

Have a look for the FL Studio ASIO driver. Its the FL Studio of ASIO4ALL and I use it on my laptop instead of ASIO4ALL as it shares the audio nicely
