Has anyone bought ableton and not receive confirmation?

Bought it on the 29th with an edu license. After a business day I still hadn’t received payment confirmation, an update on my order page, or anything else... though I still have my payment reference and my CC was billed. Emailed support and haven’t heard anything. How long does this usually take?

Yes. Bought it directly. Not the biggest deal. It’s just since I didn’t receive any email confirmation- even fo purchase, I’m worried I paid a bunch of money and somehow it got lost in the system.

Double check your credit card, see if it as a hold for the funds placed against it.
