Panning Bug

On a particular track when I render one of the channels gets paned to the left (kick drum). It seems also that the bass gets panned to the left. I still get a slight clicking out of the left speaker. The left speaker click seemed to happen to the last track I tried to render as well.

Anyone encounter this?
