Live 10 Suite

Was looking for the Max Live mono sequencer which I see is supposed to come with Ableton Live Suite 10
When I click into Max I see the midi efx folder which only has 4 efx

envelope
expression
midi monitor
and note echo

Looking at tutorials I see that there should be many more efx, where are they?
